SNCF-owned SeaFrance is set to be granted a three-month extension to its period in administration which expired on 15 September, following a request by its receivers to a commercial court in Paris yesterday.

The court has given verbal agreement to prolonging this period until 15 December, with an official decision coming next week, a senior SeaFrance official told IFW.
